Emergency services at scene of serious crash in Cork

There has been a serious road traffic collision on the Cork to Macroom road.

The crash happened in the past half an hour at the Crookstown turn-off.

Emergency services are at the scene, and it is understood there are injuries.

Diversions are in place and motorists are being advised to take an alternative route.
