Representatives of NAMA, the ESRI and Intel will be among those addressing the Fianna Fáil Annual Parliamentary Party meeting which begins tomorrow.
The two-day conference in Galway will be dominated by discussions on measures to stimulate the labour market.
Speaking ahead of the think-in, Government Chief Whip John Curran said that unlike other parties who only talk about elections, Fianna Fáil's focus will be all on job policy.
"The main topic for tomorrow and following into Tuesday will be around jobs and we are looking at it in a very broad context, from job creation to maintaining and supporting existing jobs" Deputy Curran said.
"We have a variety of speakers - it's not just discussion amongst ourselves. We listen to people who are actively engaged in the whole area - people who are in industry in Ireland."
