Dublin murder trial to begin tomorrow

A 40-year-old man has pleaded not guilty to the murder of Adil Essalhi in Dublin last year.

Wayne Kinsella, with an address at The Plaza, Tyrrelstown, but who is originally from Finglas, is charged with the murder of Adel Essalhi (aged 31) in the fields behind the Plaza in Tyrrelstown, Blanchardstown, on January 6, 2011.

He was arraigned before the Central Criminal Court this morning and pleaded not guilty.

A jury was sworn in to hear the trial, which will begin tomorrow and is expected to last until the end of the current court term on May 24.
