Dublin man in court after €63k drugs find

A 34-year-old Dublin man has appeared in court charged in connection with the seizure of €63,000 worth of drugs in Finglas yesterday.

Keith Pickett was arrested following a raid at his home at Berryfield Drive.

Gardaí - assisted by the Garda Dog Unit - uncovered cannabis and cocaine along with some cash and drug paraphernalia.

A man and woman were arrested at the scene. The woman was released without charge last night and a file has been sent to the DPP.

Keith Pickett is facing five charges under the Misuse of Drugs Act.

There was no objection to bail and he is due back in court in December.
