Dublin gardaí investigate Darndale shooting

Gardaí in Dublin are investigating a shooting incident in Darndale.

A number of shots were fired at an empty car at around 11pm last night.

The car was parked in the driveway of a house in the Primrose Grove estate. No one was in the car at the time.

The culprit fled the scene on foot in the direction of Darndale Park.

Gardaí say the gunman was wearing hooded clothing and are appealing for anyone with information on the incident to contact them.
