CSO release January unemployment figures

The number of people out of work dipped again slightly this month.

The Central Statistics Office says the unemployment rate in February stood at 6.6%, down from 6.7% in January.

That's also down from 8.4% in February of last year.

145,100 people were unemployed in the month.
