Church-accountability group to hold protest

A group that campaigns for church accountability will deliver an open letter to the Pope today, calling for a thorough inquiry into the failures of bishops to protect children.

The letter from the Voice of the Faithful in Ireland will be handed to the Papal Nuncio, the Pope's representative in Ireland, later today.

The group will hold a "small and dignified" protest outside the residence of Archbishop Leanza in Dublin.
