Boyd Barrett ordered out of Dáil chamber

Independent TD Richard Boyd Barrett has been ordered to leave the Dáil chamber after a row with the Ceann Comhairle.

Boyd Barrett shouted that it was "abuse" when he was told to sit down during questions to the Taoiseach.

The Dun Laoghaire TD then left the chamber after refusing to withdraw the remark. He now faces being suspended from the Dáil and being docked three days' pay.
