Body discovered in Dublin lay undiscovered for 'some time'

A body has been found in Phibsboro in Dublin.

The remains were discovered at a house on Royal Canal Bank this afternoon.

Gardaí say they have not yet been able to establish if the body is that of a man or a woman, as the body may have lain undiscovered for "some time".

The scene's been sealed-off, and a post mortem will take place tomorrow.
