Another beer-keg-style device found in Crossmaglen

A major security alert has been declared in Co Armagh after a suspicious object was found in Crossmaglen.

The beer-keg-style device was found on the North-South electricity Interconnector on the Dundalk Road.

Army technical teams are currently examining the scene.

It follows a spate of bomb alerts across the North in recent weeks.
