Aid flotilla report: Soldiers 'blatantly violated law'

A Turkish government inquiry into Israel's raid on a Gaza-bound aid flotilla has said Israeli soldiers shot five victims from close range.

Nine Turks were killed when Israeli commandos raided the flotilla as it sought to break Israel's blockade of the territory last May.

Israel said the commandos were defending themselves, but the report said they "blatantly violated international laws".
