23-year-old man dies in car crash in Louth

A man has died in a crash in Louth this morning.

A 23-year-old man has lost his life in the single vehicle incident near Ballybinaby shortly before 2.30am this morning.

Gardaí are at the scene and the road between Hackballcsross and Sheelagh will be closed for most of the day to allow for a technical examination of the scene.
