150,000 line Cork streets for parade

More than 150,000 people have lined the streets for Cork's St Patrick's day parade, which has just begun.

This year's parade has a sporting theme with the Cork ladies senior football and camogie teams leading the way as joint grand marshals.

And despite a rainy forecast, the sun is shining in Cork.

The parade includes more than 670 participants from the worlds of sport and the arts.
