Will.i.am dons a blonde floppy wig to take down Donald Trump in his latest music video

Will.i.am has followed in the footsteps of Alec Baldwin as the latest celebrity to impersonate Donald Trump.

In his new video for Funny or Die called “GRAB’m by the PU$$Y”, Will.i.am plays “MC Donald T. Rump”, rapping “I’m a star, cos I made it/I’m rich, and I’m famous”.

Will.i.am said on Twitter “I made this video so I can laugh & joke about…the other option is to be depressed…”

In the video he is pitted against singer Liane V, who plays the character of “Madame Boss”. No prizes for guessing who she’s supposed to be.

Fellow Black Eyed Peas band member apl.de.ap is on hand to ask the candidates questions, such as “what are you going to do about the war in Afghanistan?” and “what are you going to do about the Syrian crisis?”

MC Donald T. Rump’s answers are less than presidential, and he won’t let Madame Boss get a word in edgeways.

He repeats “Donald Trump said to grab you by the pu**y”, dubbing in Trump’s own voice taken from the 2005 footage that was leaked last week. In the footage Trump is heard bragging about his fame, which allows him to do anything he wants to women.

When Madam Boss is finally allowed to speak, she sings: “I’m somebody’s daughter/I’m somebody’s boss/I could be the next president/So give me the respect now.”

Whilst the video is undoubtedly funny, it ends on a serious note. Will.i.am comes out of character and says: “It’s obvious I don’t look like Donald Trump. But what’s more obvious is that Donald Trump does not look like the president of the United States of America, nor should he be.”

He implores people to register and urges them to vote for Trump’s rival Hillary Clinton.

“Please vote so we can put this awesome leader to work, and we can stop playing these games,” he says.

The Black Eyed Peas singer has changed his Twitter name to “will.i.am.VOTING” to encourage people to vote.
