Will enjoys second UK number one

The second single by Will Young has entered the charts at number one in the UK. It beat Ant and Dec's World Cup song, We're on the Ball, into third slot.

Will took the number one spot with his cover version of The Doors' song Light My Fire, pushing Without Me by Eminem, into second place.

The news is a boost to the 'Pop Idol' singer, who only managed to enter the Irish charts at number five this week.

Other football songs which entered the charts as England began their World Cup campaign included DJ Otzi's Hey Baby which went in at number 10.

Goldenballs (Mr Beckham to You) by Bell and Spurling, and Go England by the England Boys went in at numbers 25 and 26 respectively.
