WATCH: U2’s The Edge falls off the edge … literally

U2 won't forget the opening night of their Innocence + Experience tour in a hurry, as it hereby be always known as that night The Edge “didn’t see the edge”.

The guitarist fell off the band’s walk-way mid-way through I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For at their concert in Vancouver, Canada last night - and it looks like it hurt.

*insert all falling off the edge related jokes here*

But don’t worry, he’s ok!

Fans at the show immediately took to Twitter to say that the guitarist was unhurt.

And The Edge himself took to U2’s official Instagram account to let fans know he had survived the embarrassing incident.

"Didn't see the edge, I'm ok!” he captioned.
