Video: All the fashion you missed from the Critics’ Choice Awards

Just a few days ago the Golden Globes red carpet was awash with black dresses in protest against sexual harassment and gender inequality in the film industry – and while the spotlight was still on the treatment of women at the 23rd Critics’ Choice awards in Santa Monica, the stars dazzled at the event in colour this time.

The ceremony, honouring the best in film and TV, saw Gary Oldman win best actor for Darkest House, Frances McDormand take best actress for Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, and Nicole Kidman pick up best actress in a limited series for Big Little Lies. Gal Gadot was presented with the second #SeeHer award for furthering the image of women on screen.

And when it came to the fashion, Margot Robbie shone in Chanel stripes, Samira Wiley looked amazing in a cobalt blue Rebecca Vallance gown and Diane Kruger rocked an unusual Vera Wang dress, like only she can.
