#TRAILERSHOP: War for the Planet of the Apes looks more action packed than its prequels

2017 will bring with it the third instalment of the Planet of the Apes series, following on from two fairly successful offerings in ’Rise’ and ’Dawn of the Planet of the Apes’.

’War’ sees the return of Caesar but also has an all new cast, just like ’Dawn’ back in 2014.

The latest movie also features the deadliest threat which Caesar (Andy Serkis) has ever faced, when he goes up against the military led by Woody Harrelson’s character, ’The Colonel’.

Directed once again by Matt Reeves, ’War’ shows Caesar on a mission to find a new home for himself and his tribe of apes.

The trailer has some great special effects, as well as some serious action which will no doubt make it one of the big summer blockbusters of 2017.

War For The Planet Of The Apes is out in July 14.
