The cast of Mean Girls were reunited for a segment in Entertainment Weekly this week in which they chat about the legacy of the movie and where they think their characters would be today.

“Cady’s with Oprah in Africa working at children’s schools with a family, teaching girls to be nice to each other,” Lindsay Lohan exclaimed.

“Gretchen is probably running the Toaster Strudel empire. She is probably married and has, like, seven babies right now. She and Jason worked it out and she has very big curly hair,” Lacey Chabert told the magazine.

Amanda Seyfried - who played Karen - believes that Karen “would manage or own a store that sells really cool dog attire, like Swarovski dog collars and Halloween costumes for animals”

Not a career in weather then Amanda?

“Regina is a Real Housewife. She’d have too much time on her hands, for sure. She’s probably found all her other Reginas,” Rachel McAdams said.

Oh we can see it now.

When asked about the legacy of the movie, McAdams told a story about when she stayed in a bed-and-breakfast in Ireland recently “in the middle of nowhere” and one of the owners’ granddaughters came up to her with a pink piece of paper and asked her to write down a few of her favourite quotes from the movie.

McAdams admitted she couldn’t remember so the girl told her some of her personal favourites “Is butter a carb?”

Wait … In Ireland? Recently? Where were we?

Sigh

Fey also admitted that she uses real names when writing scripts because it’s easier and her older brother’s good friend is Glenn Cocco.

“I imagine it’s a pain in the butt for him,” she added.

Although we think it would be amazing to walk down the street and see people with t-shirts cheering you on.

Fey also adressed the possiblily of a sequel saying "“At the time we did want to start the conversation about the sequel, and for whatever reason I was like, ‘No!!! We shouldn’t do that!’ Now I look back and I’m like, ‘Why?’ But now, no—it’s too late now.”

Sniff

We’ll just have to settle for watching it for the hundredth time.
