Stop everything. Disney’s live action Cinderella is here

The first trailer for Disney’s live action Cinderella has been released and lets just say it's … AMAZING!

The Disney classic has been give the live action treatment after its original animated release 65 years ago.

Downton Abbey's Lily James takes on the main role of Ella whose life … well you know how the story goes, we won’t spoil it for you.

Cate Blanchett takes on the role of Cinderella's cruel stepmother, while Holliday Grainger and Sophie McShera play the ugly sisters and the legendary Helena Bonham Carter plays Ella’s fairy godmother.

Although British director Kenneth Branagh has revealed that “there are no musical numbers inside the body of the film” we can expect “some surprises” are in store.

“We hope to pay a little nod to the original in that way."

EXCITED.

Drumroll please …

Cinderella will hit our screens on March 27, 2015 but to keep us going here’s the original.
