Stars cut a dash on red carpet at TV Choice Awards

The stars of the small screen are stepping out in London for the TV Choice Awards.

The red carpet at the Dorchester Hotel was packed full of celebs as the glitzy night got under way.

Jennifer Metcalfe, nominated for best soap actress for her role in Channel 4′s Hollyoaks, was among the first to arrive.

She stunned in a gold two-piece – a tied top and flared trousers.

The Great British Bake Off’s Mary Berry was quick to follow in a mid-calf number.

Holly Willoughby was her glamorous self in a white dress with an unusual neckline.

She teamed her outfit with some elegant black heels.

Gemma Atkinson looked chic in trousers and a top, with her curls resting on her bare shoulders.

Denise Van Outen went for a fun look, with a metallic skirt and a delicate black top.

Julia Bradbury was also on the carpet, opting for a swirly printed dress with a transparent skirt.

Ed Balls and Katya Jones – who have been teamed up in Strictly Come Dancing – took the time to show off a move for the photographers.

The awards recognise the stars of television.

Downton Abbey, The Night Manager and Happy Valley are hoping to win big.
