SPOILERS: Pregnancy twist hits The Bay

The storyline follows Maddy’s one-night stand with Josh, leaving her unsure of who the father is.

Oscar or Josh?

Talking to TV Week the actress has said, “She thinks the baby is Josh’s, but she’s worried it’s not. Also, she’s 17 and doesn’t have a firm idea about pregnancy.”

“Maddy never intended to get pregnant. This is a one-night stand that went wrong. But she’s always been in love with Josh. So she regards this as an opportunity to become a family with him,” she added.

The scenes have already been aired in Australia though we’ll have to wait for a few months to find out how the storyline pans out.
