Adele has stunned fans with her Halloween costume – and given Ed Balls a run for his money.

The Hello singer, 28, dressed as Jim Carrey’s character from The Mask, and posted the hilarious results on Instagram.

So good was the disguise, she could only be recognised thanks to her hand tattoo – featuring the name of her son Angelo.

It came after former shadow chancellor Ed Balls also took inspiration from 1994 film The Mask during Strictly Come Dancing’s Movie Week.

Adele captioned the shots “Halloween2016/Dallas”.

She donned the latex mask while on tour in Dallas, Texas.

The star, who is currently on tour, recently revealed she suffered post-natal depression after giving birth to her son and felt like she had made “the worst decision of my life”.
