Say what? Veteran actress Angela Lansbury could be a Game of Thrones guest star

Westeros could be about to get a huge surprise.

Veteran actress Dame Angela Lansbury is rumoured to be filming a guest role in Game of Thrones.

According to German publication Bild, sources have revealed that the 90-year-old star of TV series Murder, She Wrote has been cast in two episodes, with four days of filming planned.

Details of her potential role in series seven remain under wraps, but whatever it is, Dame Angela can take it on.

After all, she does have an honorary Oscar, five Tony awards, six Golden Globes, a Bafta and an Olivier Award, and has played pretty much every role in a career spanning seven decades.
