Roz Purcell hits back at an ‘important person’ in the modelling industry for body shaming her

Roz Purcell has hit back at an “important person” in the modelling industry who shamed her for having “chunky legs”.

In an Instagram post, the model - who’s currently on holidays in Tokyo - talked about how her legs have been described over the years by “so many people, friends and strangers”

The first being someone really important in the modelling industry

She said the comments default as her inner monologue description for her body and how she’s still trying to change her mentality one step at a time.

Even still, I have to stop myself from picking it out, when I first saw this pic of me I was like ugh

She went on to warn her followers to be careful about what they say to others about their aesthetic, as nobody knows what they “will hold on to”.

“It's something I do without thinking and after thinking about it today I'm going to make a conscious effort to stop,” she wrote.

I still remember that person saying it to me and it overshadowed everything else
