Price to front TV show with boyfriend

Katie Price and boyfriend Alex Reid are set to front a TV show together.

The couple are in talks to work together on 'Self Defence With Alex Reid', a fitness show in which the cage-fighter will show people how to guard against attackers.

A source said: “Alex is in the final stages of signing this TV deal and filming could start as early as October.

“Katie is fast becoming a fitness junkie and is cutting down on alcohol more than ever because of Alex. So it wouldn’t surprise us if she dons her lycra to join him. This TV show will be all about fitness, well-being, sculpting the body and pushing it to its max for both men and women.”

Katie this week revealed she has been raped “more than once” – an admission made in her magazine column as she rubbished claims Alex was starring in an adult movie which condoned rape – and it has been claimed the programme will include special advice for women.

Alex will work with celebrity trainer Ross Edgley on the segment.

The source added to Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper: “Alex will also be showing men and women how to look after themselves should they become a victim of a violent attack. This, of course, is a matter that is so close to Katie’s heart.

“The self-defence message is most important to Katie. Alex, who is trained in self-defence and Mai Tai, knows this the most.”

The show will air on LA Muscle TV, available on Sky.

Comedy TV presenters Ant and Dec once exchanged punches during a drunken night out in Spain.
