Price and Reid 'barely seen each other' since wedding

Katie Price and Alex Reid have “barely seen each other” since they got married.

The cage fighter – who has just returned from a trip to India - says he his glamour model wife are trying to make the most of their time alone together after being apart for almost all the time since they married in a low-key ceremony in Las Vegas earlier this month.

He said: “Katie and I have kept a low profile and we have pretty much stayed out of the papers, which is a nice change.

“We were invited to loads of parties but turned them down. We’d barely seen each other since our wedding, so we wanted to stay in and snuggle up on the sofa together.”

Despite barely seeing each other, the couple managed to spend Valentine’s Day together – with the brunette beauty claiming her new spouse treated her much better than her ex-husband Peter Andre used to.

Alex added in his column for Britain’s Star magazine: “I bought her loads of special treats for Valentine’s Day, which she really loved.

“She says I spoil her more than Pete ever did – which is very nice to hear. She’s definitely worth it.”

Katie – who has three children from her previous relationships - is also showing her generosity towards Alex, telling the “delighted” cage fighter she wants a joint bank account.

He said: “Kate has said that we are going to have a joint bank account and she wants everything we do to be equal from now on. This obviously means so much to me and I’m delighted she said that.”
