Beyonce’s sister Solange tied the knot over the weekend to long-term boyfriend, music video director Alex Ferguson, 51.

The couple were wed in an all-white wedding in New Orleans and when we say all-white we mean ALL-WHITE!

Beyonce, who took on the role of maid of honour, dazzled in a fitted white dress while the bride Solange wore a long white gown and a cape.

The couple arrived to the reception via white-painted vintage bicycles.

Solange - who earlier this year was in the headlines after she was seen on leaked security footage attacking Jay Z in a lift - must have put her differences aside as Jay Z attended alongside her 10-year-old son Daniel.

Solange told Vogue that the nuptials were a labour of love.

“Beaming. Calm. They looked pretty calm, relaxed on their wedding day,” an onlooker told People.

Later, the wedding party was seen walking through the French Quarter, with everyone clutching sparklers.

An affair far from this we can imagine.

Congrats to the happy couple.
