O'Shaughnessy to sing own tune for BGT final

Ryan O'Shaughnessy has confirmed he plans to sing another one of his own songs in tomorrow night's final of 'Britain's Got Talent'.

The Dublin singer, who was knocked out of the Irish talent show 'The Voice', topped the viewers' vote in Britain in last night's BGT semi final.

Simon Cowell called him “a brilliant songwriter” - after he performed his own song called 'First Kiss'.

Ryan says he wrote the song about his unrequited love.

"She's a friend of mine,…I write about what I know," he said.
