O.M.Glee! Don’t worry - star is not leaving hit TV show

Glee's Chris Colfer - who plays Kurt in the hit TV series - has had his Twitter account hacked and a fake message posted online claiming he'd been fired from the TV show.

“Due to personal issues, I have been let go from the cast of GLEE. Explanations will come shortly,” read the tweet.

This sent Glee fans into a craze.

He later tweeted refering to the news - "Apparently I missed quite the INTERESTING day while aboard my flight. I'm just glad I wasn't "killed by a fruit truck" again."

This explains why he couldn't immediately put the mistake right as he was on a flight over the Atlantic, with no WiFi.

Oh thank God for that, we certainly don’t want him to go anywhere especially so close to the anniversary of the death of Cory Monteith, who played his on-screen step brother.

Cory passed away of combined drug intoxication and drug overdose on July 19 of last year.

"He definitely will return for the final series because he's already signed a contract," Colfer's management said

Here's a brilliant video showing some of our favourite ‘Kurt Hummel’ moments.
