Look who Gwyneth Paltrow is wishing a happy Thanksgiving

If you’re American, the holiday season has officially started as today is Thanksgiving.

Ok, so it might not mean much to us here in the UK – apart from the peculiar rise in Black Friday sales, something that’s supposed to be a post-Thanksgiving US retail opportunity – but still, we want to know how our favourite celebrities are celebrating.

Gwyneth Paltrow, lifestyle guru extraordinaire, of course had plenty to say about what she was thankful for, kicking off with her ex Chris Martin.

She posted: “Here is to reunions, togetherness, family, and love love love. Happy thanksgiving eve, everyone. Love, gp”

Later, she added with a photo montage: “I could not be more grateful for these people and those not pictured who bring love and laughs and heart to my life. @bradfalchuk @electricminky @jcvn40 @daundees @hilaryhaw #chrismartin #blythedanner and all of you!!! Happy happy Thanksgiving.”

Looks like guests at Jennifer Lopez’s house will have plenty to eat.

JLo posted: “Getting things ready for #Thanksgiving… So much to be grateful for!!! #alwaysbethankful”

Ellen DeGeneres is so thankful for all of her fans.

Hunger Games star Elizabeth Banks kindly wishes you a more relaxing day than Katniss Everdeen.

Who’s Kylie Jenner thankful for? Her sister Kendall, of course.

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson knows that Thanksgiving means one thing – it’s officially time to panic about Christmas.

Snoop Dogg had a traditional greeting for his fans.

Check out this cute old photo of Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. Aww.

Happy Thanksgiving celebrities! We’re thankful for your snaps.

Last week, I shared my lockdown experience. I asked for a more uniform approach, should there be another lockdown. I explained that I worked mornings. Maybe I should have been more specific: working 8am to 1pm without a break, I gave feedback and covered the curriculum, using our school’s online platform. In the afternoons, I looked after my three kids (all under ten) while my husband worked.
