Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth's relationship is back on track.
The couple - who took a break from one another earlier this month amid reports 'The Hunger Games' actor cheated on her with January Jones and he was tired of the 20-year-old singer's constant partying - are "happy" after sorting out their issues in recent days and their engagement is still on.
A source told UsMagazine.com: "Things are going well. They are happy."
The 23-year-old Australian actor returned to Los Angeles on Wednesday after jetting out to his native Sydney earlier this month to stay in his $1.6 million house, purchased by his parents in late 2012, to escape the turmoil surrounding his alleged infidelity.
He then made a trip to the Philippines to promote clothing line Bench, which he signed up to endorse last year.
While he was away, Miley, 20, was spotted without her engagement ring but since Liam's return she has been spotted wearing it and friends say she has never been happier.
An insider said: "Miley was in a great mood, she was wearing the ring."
The couple first met in 2009 on the set of their film 'The Last Song'.
