Everyone's favourite ginger singer has made a public account on the popular picture sharing application and let’s just say people are excited:

Although so far we’ve only seen a picture of a sock with dinosaurs on it, some pasta, the floor of his stage and him in a harness that was a tad too tight, we can only hope his cheeky chappy personality will shine through as time goes on.

Rumours have it that the Sheeran will give his snap followers a firsthand sneak peek to his new single ‘Lay It All On Me’ with Rudimental, which is out on Friday.

Our imaginary relationship with him has just move up a gear.
