Fox: I need to remind people that I'm married

Megan Fox says people struggle to understand she is married.

The 24-year-old actress tied the knot with husband Brian Austin Green in a secret Hawaiian ceremony in June but claims she is met with disbelief when she says she is someone’s wife because of her age.

She told America’s Elle magazine: "They can’t grasp that I’m old enough to be married. When I talk about my husband, I feel as if people roll their eyes. It’s like when you’re 16 and order a martini, and the waiter says: 'Do you think I’m stupid'?"

Before marrying the former ‘Beverly Hills 90210’ actor, Megan said she was more "in love" with him than ever and felt a deep connection to the 36-year-old star.

The ‘Jonah Hex’ beauty said: "We're just even more committed to each other than we always have been. I'm more in love with him now than I was in the beginning."

Fox and Green called off their first engagement in February 2009 after five years together and split, but they soon got back together before announcing their plans to tie the knot.
