Farrell and girlfriend reportedly split

Colin Farrell has reportedly split from his girlfriend.

The ‘In Bruges’ star is said to have ended his two-year romance with Polish actress Alicja Bachleda-Curus – the mother of his 12-month-old son Henry – because he “didn’t want to be tied down to anyone.”

A source told America’s Star magazine: “She realised that Colin is never going to marry her. He cares for Alicja and the baby but he wants to be a free spirit.”

According to reports, since splitting from Alicja, Colin – who also has seven-year-old son James with model Kim Bordenave – has been spotted partying in New York with British supermodel Agyness Deyn.

The reformed party animal – who no longer drinks alcohol – has previously revealed he used to be more interested in getting drunk than caring for his family.

Colin – who was also briefly married to British actress Amelia Warner in 2001 - said: "There were times when I was with my son and I was wondering how long I would have to spend before I could go off and get p***ed.

"Now - two hours in the pub, then I get bored. I was at that party for long enough."
