Excitement builds towards tonight's Eurovision

Excitement is building ahead of the final of the Eurovision Song Contest in Dusseldorf tonight.

Dublin duo John and Edward Grimes are representing Ireland after making it through the semi-finals on Thursday night with their song 'Lipstick'.

They will perform sixth out of the 25 finalists and they are the bookies second favourite to win, after France.

However, Eurovision expert Declan Manly says being sixth is one of the worst spots in the whole competition as they will be sandwiched between two similar songs.

Jedward come after Hungary and before Sweden and Mr Manley feels that the fact Sweden's song involves the breaking of the glass panels onstage could 'dilute' what Jedward will do.
