Dublin scientist leads Love Island 2019 cast line-up

It’s that time of year when a new cohort of beautiful Instagram people will head to sunny Spain looking for both love and a teeth-whitening endorsement.

And after months of speculation, the 2019 line-up of singletons has finally been announced and it includes a Strictly Come Dancing professional, a surfer, a boxer, an aircraft engineer and more importantly a Dublin scientist.

The group are about to embark upon a scintillating summer of dates, drama, romance and relationships, with host Caroline Flack once again welcoming them to the villa.

So without further ado, here’s who will be on your screens for the next eight weeks.
