'Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs' clever and entertaining

Directors: Phil Lord/Chris Miller

Cast: (Voices) Anna Faris, Bill Hader, Andy Samberg

A fun and well-crafted animated adventure, based on the popular children’s stories, about a small town hoping to put itself on the map by a strange affliction … it is constantly being bombarded by food falling from the sky.

This, of course, can be a problem … large pastas and pancakes swooping down on your head can be something of a botheration, but our town’s motley crew of silly scientists, perky weathergirls and chancers take it all in their stride in what is a clever and entertaining offering.

Sauce, anyone?
