Chris Brown became enraged when Drake's song played in a club.

The 'Yeah 3x' hitmaker reportedly hijacked the microphone and broke into an expletive-filled rant at the Emerson Theatre nightclub in Hollywood on Wednesday night, when the DJ played his rival rapper's latest song, 'Started from the Bottom'.

The singer - who was involved in a club brawl with Drake last year - took offence to the song choice, sticking his middle finger in the air and declared: "The DJ can play this s**t, but I want you all to know... F**k Drake!"

A source at the club told the New York Daily News: "Chris was out of his mind and looked possessed by the devil."

Revellers waved middle fingers back at the 23-year-old musician, while others unsuccessfully tried to remove the microphone from Chris' grip as he then gave an impromptu performance for 30 minutes, rapping and singing some of his hits including 'As You Were' and 'Turn Up the Music'.

The latest outburst comes just days after Chris lashed out at a valet who charged him $10 for parking outside PINZ bowling alley in Studio City, California.

The 'Beautiful People' singer reportedly told the attendant: "F**k ten dollars", before threateningly adding, "We gonna turn this whole thing on out."

The singer also allegedly threw his long time bodyguard Big Pat off a private jet during a pit stop in Bermuda on Wednesday.

An airport worker said: "His plane came in, got services and everything was finishing and they were getting ready to leave.

"Then there was a stall. The security guard [Big Pat] got off first. He was standing outside talking to the pilot. Then Chris Brown and another guy came off. They had to come inside to customs.

"They then went outside to have a cigarette. The security guard came inside [an airport building] and said he wasn't getting back on the plane."
