Brook happy with 'more normal' beau

Kelly Brook thinks all of her ex-boyfriends have been "show-offs".

The 31-year-old beauty – who is currently pregnant with her first child with rugby player Thom Evans – counts actors Jason Statham and Billy Zane and sports star Danny Cipriani among her former lovers, but is happy with her new partner because he doesn't want to be "centre of attention".

She said: "Thom's more normal. He doesn't need to be the centre of attention.

"The previous guys have been kids really. Show-offs. And he's not an actor, so I don't have to sit and watch all of his s**t films!"

The model-and-actress has had a varied career, and admits she has often made mistakes but still manages to make the most of her opportunities – although she has no intention of becoming a full-time movie star because she doesn't like reading scripts.

She told Esquire magazine: "I haven't done an audition in eight months. You've got to read all those scripts and learn all those lines. I'm quite happy modelling.

"My mum says, 'You fall in s**t but you come out smelling of roses.' I've made quite a successful career out of being a failure."
