Yes you guessed it, Brian Mc Fadden has been chosen to host this year's TV3 toy show alongside Jedward and Xposé's Karen Koster.

The former Westlife star is no stranger to presenting having tackled ITV show ‘Who’s Doing the Dishes', and Channel 5’s 'Stand By Your Man' as well as his stint on 'Australia’s Got Talent', but is he up to the challenge of a couple of screaming kids?

“This is a really exciting opportunity for me. I’ve worked on a lot of great shows in the UK but it’s great to come home and host a show that I know will be a great production," Brian said.

"When TV3 approached me I just thought the Christmas Toy Show was right up my alley.”

Karen is expecting her first child around christmas time but says it only "makes it more special."

The Christmas Toy Show will take place live from the RDS on Friday November 21, to mark the opening night of a nine-day christmas wonderland event.
