Boyzone are back like we've never seen them before 'From Dublin to Detroit'

Boyzone are back again with a new album ‘From Dublin to Detroit’ but this time it’s with a twist.

Boyzone does Motown!

The boys sixth studio album covers some of their favourite songs from the Motown era.

Talking about the album Keith Duffy has said, "It's going to give us a whole new twist on the next tour that we do. It's going to give us a whole new catalogue of music to perform. And it will be very interesting how it fits in with our own back catalogue.

"It's kind of rejuvenating us. It's giving us just good times and good memories in the studio. So finger crossed people will receive it well and it goes well for us."

Tracks include: 'What Becomes Of The Broken Hearted', 'You Can’t Hurry Love', 'Higher and Higher' and 'Reach Out (I'll Be There)'.

And today they have revealed the first look at the album artwork.

Drum roll please …

Well don’t think scrub up well, Mikey, Ronan, Keith and …. wait who’s the guy with the beard? Shane?

It seems Shane has taken the - now deemed fashionable - beard to a whole new level and posting on his Instagram he is sure that the ladies love it.

Love it? Or hate it? We're unsure.

But of course the boys don’t do anything without paying tribute to their fifth member Stephen Gately or Ste’o who passed away in 2009.

"For us guys as Boyzone, from 1993 when we began to however we go on, for many many years hopefully, we'll always be a five piece,” said Shane Lynch.

"Visually you'll only see four up there, but for us guys when we stand on that stage we'll never be without Ste'o and we'll always pay tribute to him. He'll always be with us."

We can’t wait to hear it! Who doesn’t love a bit of Motown?
