And the most awkward Strictly lift award goes to... Zoe Ball!

Oh dear… the things Zoe Ball does to support the Strictly family.

On Thursday night’s It Takes Two, the presenter allowed herself to be lifted into the air as her and Ian Waite daringly attempted to recreate a move by Kevin Clifton and Louise Redknapp in training for this weekend’s show.

As you could tell she was predicting from the moment her toes left the ground, it did not go too well…

An ungraceful landing, followed by a bit of a wobble on those heels, was probably not Zoe’s best moment on television but, we have to admit, it was pretty brave of her to try.

And viewers kindly rated her for it…

So she may not be joining the competition herself any time soon, but we won’t hold it against her!
