Paula Abdul is planning to release a clothing line for dogs.
The former 'American Idol' judge, who has several pet pooches, has decided to design a range of exclusive accessories for pampered animals.
A source said: "Paula is secretly launching a new business, designing duds for classy canines. She has already met with major pet store buyers who are straining at the leash to handle her designs."
The 47-year-old ex-pop star is believed to be working on crystal-studded collars and leashes, T-shirts, sweaters and shoes for dogs.
Paula is so convinced the idea will be a hit, she wants her beloved pets to star in the advert campaigns for her new line.
The source added to National Enquirer magazine: "Paula has pledged that her own five pooches will model for all TV and print ads."
Paula's dog wouldn't be the first famous pooch to embark on a modelling career.
Elle Macpherson's five-year-old labradoodle Bella has reportedly signed a five-figure deal to become the faces of canine fashion label Dogside.com.
