The customer is always right? People tell their most bizarre customer service experiences

Dealing with the public is no easy job.

You meet a variety of customers every single day, all with different wants and needs.

However, there are times when some encounters have left you saying- ‘Did that really just happen?’

A thread, started by @amylmrn, asked fellow users to share their unusual encounters.

Sometimes directions can be the misunderstanding.

Some people don’t have any patience.

In some instances the customers' expectation doesn’t match up with their retail experience.

People just can’t seem to handle the truth.

Manners seem to be a thing of the past.

When in doubt, blame somebody else.

So next time you’re buying your groceries or eating out remember to thank the staff - they really do appreciate it.
