Wall Street Journal puts Ireland top of entrepreneurial poll

Ireland has been ranked as the "most entrepreneurial country" in Europe, by the Wall Street Journal.

The publication says Ireland attracts four times as much venture capital funding for tech start-up companies than the European average.

The country's success is being attributed to Ireland's favourable corporate tax rate, educated workforce and the presence of European headquarters of tech giants such as Facebook and Twitter.
