Vodafone launches 'cheapest phone on earth'

Mobile operator Vodafone have launched what they call "the cheapest phone on earth".

The Vodafone 150 will sell for the equivalent of less than €10 and is aimed at the developing world.

It will initially be launched in India, Turkey and eight African countries.

The UN predicts mobile ownership will reach five billion this year, with most growth in developing nations.
