Vodafone launch 'world's cheapest phone'

Vodafone has unveilled what it claims is the world's "lowest-cost" mobile phone.

The Vodafone 150 will sell for about €15 and is aimed at the developing world.

It will initially be launched in Turkey, India and eight African countries including Ghana and Lesotho.
