Virgin Money announces expansion in banking sector

New jobs in the financial services sector have been announced in the UK.

Virgin Money, Sir Richard Branson's financial arm, is taking on 200 people in Edinburgh as it tries to break into the high street banking market.

By contrast, in the last few weeks, Royal Bank of Scotland and Standard Life have announced plans to cut 4,000 jobs.
