Six-month Total Produce revenues show slight rise

Total Produce, the fruit and vegetable distributor, has announced pre-tax profits of €24.3m for the six months to the end of June.

This is a decrease of 2.3%.

Revenue for the group went up slightly by 1.2% to €1.3bn, helped by contributions from companies bought the previous year.

The results are in line with expectations and the firm said it continues to target adjusted earnings per share in the range of 5.5 to 6.5 cent per share for the full year.
